Count Down To March meet 2012 March 1-4, 2012
All pre-entries will be held at the track until the event. You will be sent a confirmation letter detailing your purchase. Please present the confirmation letter to redeem your purchase at the Will Call booth at the track. Pre-entries can be picked up beginning Tuesday February 28th at 10am until 5pm. Will Call booth will be open daily leading up to the event and throughout the event.
--Groups 1 & 2 entries received before January 1st, 2012--
Parking will be prioritized on when you enter the race. Pit spaces will be numbered and you will be parked according to the closest number that corresponds to your entry. The earlier you enter the race the better your pit location will be.
Each entry will be given a prioritization number based on the time the entry was received or post marked. Fax or mail your entry forms together and park as a group.
Accurate rig sizes are needed to make this system work most efficiently. Please make sure to enter your rig length on the racer entry form. PLEASE BE HONEST.
This system has been designed to give everyone an equal opportunity to park towards the front of the pits.
We will not be parking groups 1 & 2 entries by class, so if you want to park as a group or with friends, simply fax or mail your entry forms together. Groups 1 & 2 classes will be mixed allowing you to park and enjoy the event with all your friends regardless of competition type.
This system worked very favorably for racers and track crews over this last year, making parking much faster as well as making it easy for friends to be close to each other.
Groups 1 & 2 Entries received January 1st, 2012 or later will be parked in the latter part of the pit area.
