SUPER PRO (1/4 mile 7.00 – 11.99)

1. Computer: Prohibited unless stock OEM equipment. See general regulations 9:1.
2. Data Recorders: Permitted. See general regulations 9:2 & 9.2A.
3. Delay Boxes: Permitted. One box/device only attached to transbrake and/or throttle timer only. Delay box may only display delay amount. All direct wiring must be clearly identifiable to the tech inspector.
4. Transbrake: Permitted.
5. Line lock: Two or four-wheel line lock permitted.
6. Automated Shifter: Permitted.
7. Throttle Control: Permitted per NHRA rulebook.
8. Ignition: Stutter boxes prohibited. Starting line and or ‘high side’ rev limiters permitted. Three steps, two-steps, rev-limiters, or any other rpm limiting devices, legal unto themselves but altered or installed so as to function as a down-track rpm controller, prohibited.
9. Switches & Buttons: All switches and/or buttons must be standard mechanical connection type. Infrared lasers, retinal scan, fingerprint, light source or any other non-mechanical type switch and/or button prohibited. 10. Tow vehicles: Permitted.
11. All vehicles must conform to 11.49 and quicker safety rules, per section 4A of NHRA Rulebook. Any vehicle running 7.49 and quicker must conform to Advanced ET rules, per section 4B of NHRA Rulebook.
12. All cars 9.99 and quicker or 135 MPH and faster are required to have and NHRA approved lower engine containment device attached to vehicle.

PRO (1/4 mile 7.00 – 13.99) same as Super Pro with the following exceptions:

14-15 WCHRA Summit ET Race #7&8

1. Data Recorders: Prohibited. See general regulations 9:2 & 9:2A.
2. Delay Boxes: Prohibited.
3. Automated Shifter: Permitted, single function controller only.
4. Throttle Control: Throttle must be manually operated by the driver’s foot. Electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, or any other device may in no way affect the throttle operation. A deadstop under the carburetor or gas pedal is permitted. Throttle timers, counters prohibited. No over-ride or throttle stop devices allowed.
5. Ignition: Three step limiters prohibited.
6. Tow vehicles: Permitted
7. Nitrous Oxide: Prohibited
8. Vehicles running 11.49 and quicker must be legal per section 4A of NHRA Rulebook.
9. All cars 9.99 and quicker or 135 MPH and faster are required to have and NHRA approved lower engine containment device attached to vehicle.

SPORTSMAN (1/4 mile 12.00 – 19.99) same as PRO with following exceptions:

1. Data Recorders: Prohibited. See general regulations 9:2 & 9:2A.
2. Line lock: Four-wheel line lock prohibited. Two-wheel line lock permitted on non-drive wheels only.
3. Automated Shifter: Prohibited unless stock OEM equipped.
4. Ignition: Two & Three step limiters Prohibited. Single stage rev limiters permitted. Rev limiters or any other rpm limiting devices, legal unto themselves but altered or installed in so as to function as a down-track rpm controller prohibited. Crank trigger system prohibited, unless OEM distributor-less ignition.
5. Tow vehicles: Prohibited.
6. Nitrous Oxide: Prohibited
7. Transbrake: Prohibited.

ET MOTORCYCLE (1/4 mile 7.50 – 15.99)

1. Electronics: Permitted with exception of delay box.
2. Nitrous Oxide: Prohibited
3. .4 Pro or .5 Full (split) tree (optional staging).

Other information:
· Refer to the NHRA Rulebook for all applicable safety requirements in each ET Bracket.
· All categories will be run with full blinders on the Xmas tree. Cross-talk available for Super Pro category only. If you run in Super Pro and do not want cross-talk place an N with a circle around it next to your dial.
· Deep staging is allowed; however DEEP may not be written on vehicles.
· All classes will be run on the AutoStart system. Timeout on staging will be 10 seconds.
· In event of rerun, competitors may change dial but must remain in same lane.
